ABOUT Hunt & Gather Restaurant
Hunt & Gather Restaurant, recognized by the Salt Lake Tribune as one of, "10 Utah Restaurants -born amid the pandemic" and named, "...One Of The Best In The State" by OnlyInYourState.com was recently awarded the Snail of Approval Award from SlowFoodUSA.
H&G features slow-cooked meals from local ingredients like wild game, fish, stone fruits, organic vegetables and spices along with an assortment of goat & dairy cheeses. House prepared sauces, soups and salads as well as house smoked and cured meats round out our seasonal menus which offer creatively dressed plates and bowls to satisfy all facets of the culinary spectrum, including vegetarian and vegan. A variety of house made, seasonal desserts are offered nightly as well as Etta Place Hard Cider from our neighbors at Etta Place Cider. *Full bar menu, both indoor and outdoor dining available (weather permitting) on 2 outdoor patios/partially covered with heat and take-out available most evenings. You are welcome to BYOB of wine, there is a corkage fee.
*Although we have a full bar menu, we do not have a physical bar to sit at for drinks, prior to being seated. It's best to arrive as close to your reservation time as possible, as indoor waiting space is limited.
Reservations highly suggested, setting is intimate with a focus on smaller parties, 6 or less.
No dress code. We are finer dining in a casual rural setting.
We recognize that many of our guests are traveling and want everyone to feel welcome.
Please do not bring any outside food or beverage into H&G.
If you do plan to bring a device for your child, you must have headphones.
Please silence devices before entering H&G and use common courtesy by taking calls away from your table, out of respect for other guests.
